Once an order is placed, we need 1–3 business days to process it. During weekdays, this usually takes one day, but if you place an order on Friday evening or over the weekend, processing may take slightly longer.

After processing, your order will be shipped. The average delivery time is 8–12 business days.

Make sure you have selected the correct variants. Once everything is correct, proceed to checkout by clicking “Proceed to Checkout.” On the information page, enter your shipping details and click “Continue to Shipping.” On the “Shipping” page, you can review the entered address information. Please note that all shipments are completely free of charge. Click “Continue to Payment” and choose your preferred payment method. At MADORY Wear, all payment methods are SSL-encrypted to ensure a secure payment environment. You can pay via credit card (AMEX, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa), bank transfer, or direct payment. Shipping Costs:
We cover all shipping costs for every order. All our products are shipped 100% free of charge, with no minimum order quantity.
Shipping Your Order:
Once you have found the perfect look or accessory on our website, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. To offer fair prices, we sometimes collect packages in bulk and ship them once a minimum quantity is reached. Order Not Collected at Service Point:
If you are not home on the delivery day, make sure to collect the package within 7 days at the chosen pickup point, as shown in the tracking information after delivery. If the shipment is not collected within 7 days, it will be returned. The processing costs for this are the customer’s responsibility.
