Is it possible to return my order?

If you wish to return a product, please send an email to: info@madorywear.com with your order number, the reason for the return, a photo of the product if damaged, and your contact details.
Returns:

Timeframe: You have 30 days from the receipt of your product to return it. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Condition: The returned product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in the original packaging. For products where hygiene is important, they must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.
Exceptions:

For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned, such as underwear, lingerie, tights, and some personal care items.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns. Returns must be shipped to China, and the customer is responsible for all related shipping costs.

Defective or Wrong Products: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will send a replacement free of charge. If the issue persists after the second delivery, you will receive a full refund.
